He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Barlow and Geneva Barlow (Holmes); his sons, Thomas Barlow and Alan Barlow; and his sister Hazel Kennedy.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria M. Barlow of Carthage; his children, Diana Richardson of Clarksville, TN, Joann Cook (Royce) of Hubbardsville, NY, Jennifer Rubin (Ricky) of Williamsburg, VA, Bruce Barlow (Jackie) of Hyde Park, Brian of Carthage and Michael Barlow of Carthage; and his sisters, Lillian Manuel, Debbie Dupuis and Lisa Taylor. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
