He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lewis and Rosella Lewis (Ashlaw); and his siblings, Gerald, Marvin, David, Mark, Timothy Lewis and Patricia Gagnon.

He is survived by: his brother Wilfred F. Lewis of Deferiet. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
