It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gladys J. Collins of Carthage, New York, who passed away on February 24, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Cassius West; and her spouse Wenzl A. Percoski. She is survived by: her children, Mary E. (Matt Thompson), Regina M. Cooper and Joseph W. (Cindy Percoski). She is also survived by Grandchildren and 6-Great Grandchildren.

Donations in her memory can be made to a charity of one's choice.
