With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gertrude Jones Wright of Carthage, New York, born in Greig, New York, who passed away on January 29, 2021 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Alexander and Florence Alexander (Rumble); and her former husband Norman W. Jones Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Clifford Wright Sr.; and her children, Sheila Burns (Jon) of Carthage, Bonita Pierce (Robert) of Springhill, FL, Mary Earle (Timothy) of Carthage, Christina Fusco (Joseph) of Watertown, John Jones (Karen) of Beaver Falls, Barney Jones (Diana) of Carthage and Norman Jones Jr. (Christy) of Carthage. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Due to COVID restrictions, all services will be held privately by the family.
