He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald E. Shattuck and Viola May Shattuck (Enslow); his wife Shirley Shattuck (Zeller); his sister Carol Segovis; and his son Kevin A. Stewart.
He is survived by: his siblings, Thelma Rice, Sandra Stevens of Kirkville, NY, Mary Fields and Ernie Shattuck; and his sister-in-law Betty Endres. He is also survived by granddaughters, along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
