He is survived by: his mother Irene Lacross Chartrand Manchester; his wife Diane Ashline Chartrand; his son Kelly Chartrand (Heidi); his grandchildren, Dominyk, Alexander and Piper Chartrand; and his siblings, Trudy, Kenneth, Thomas Chartrand and Patricia Frerichs.
