She was predeceased by: her daughter Katherine A. Benson; her siblings, Julia Hongo, Helen Balash, Joseph and John Hongo; her parents, Stephen Hongo and Emma Harcsa Hongo; and her former husband George Thomas Ewing.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Ewing-Bush of Carthage, Thomas Ewing (Carol) of Lowville and Tracey E. Chamberlain of Lowville; and her husband Cedars Golf Course. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
