He is survived by: his children, James Bell of Rose, NY and Caryn Smith (Joseph) of Richville, NY; and his siblings, Holly Bell, Jennifer Wagar (John) of Watertown, NY, Arthur Bell (Carmella) of Theresa, NY, Herbert Bell of Theresa, NY, Lucinda Bell of Boonville, NY and Linda Whitney (Jim) of Gouvernuer, NY. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
