He is survived by: his mother Margaret Rita Overton (Petell); his son Zacharia Overton of Ashville, NC; and his siblings, Roxanne Robinson of Carthage, NY, Donald "Donnie" Overton (Zina) of Columbus, GA, Robert "Bob" Overton of Carthage, NY and Jerry Overton (Tanya) of Carthage, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
