She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Hall and Agnes Hall (Leonard); and her siblings, Ray, Wendell Hall and Isabell Phillips.
She is survived by: her husband Elmer L. Congdon; her children, Sheila (Robert Rucker) of Herrings and Larry Congdon (Dawn) of Carthage; and her siblings, Joyce LaLonde of Potsdam and Wayne Hall of Gouverneur. She is also survived by 4 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great Great Grandchildren.
