He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester J. West and Olive M. West (Lanoue); and his siblings, Norma Hague, Fayeanne West and John West of Ogdensburg.
He is survived by: his wife Mary A. Brady; his daughters, Rose West and Elizabeth Stevens; his son-in-law Sayre Stevens of Watertown; his grandchildren, Eleanor and Benjamin Stevens of Watertown; and his siblings, Joseph West (Kathy) of Carthage, Mary Ashcroft of Indiana and Alice Egan (Jim) of Fayetteville, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
