He is survived by: his parents, Timothy A. Graham of Dexter and Cheryl K. Graham (Rivers) of West Carthage; his son Carter Graham of Cortland; his brother Robert Rice of Brockway, PA; and his grandfather Jack Rivers of Carthage. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
