With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clara B. Shettleton of Carthage, New York, who passed away on July 27, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Trombley and Albena Trombley (Ducey); her grandson Jason Shettleton; and her siblings, Amos, Donald Trombley, Leona Moore, Beverly Myers and Mildred Bylow.

She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Shettleton (Tina) of Carthage and Howard Shettleton of Black River; her grandchildren, Tammy Mayer, Amanda Shettleton and Brandon Shettleton; and her sister Shirley Minkler of Watertown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
