He is survived by: his children, Charles Monaghan of Carthage and Kaitlyn Monaghan of Colorado; and his siblings, Mike Monaghan (Karen) of Watertown, Marjorie Ross (Ernie) of South Carolina, Tina Davis of Philadelphia, Timothy Monaghan of Watertown, Alicia Passage (John) of Carthage and Kimberly Woodside of Carthage. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
