He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Noyes and Lillian E. Noyes (Gray); his wife Patricia Labouf; his brother David Noyes Sr.; his stepson John Labouf; and his siblings, Barbara Vollmar, Darlene Rogers, Mary Kavanaugh, James and Fred Noyes Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Charles Noyes Jr. (Karen), Quint Noyes (Sue), Tammy Noyes (Joseph Staie) and Angel Phillips Sr. (Kenneth); his stepsons, James Sayyeau, Lonnie Labouf, Daniel and Ronald Clarke; and his sister Suzanne Malone.
