It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine A. Benson of Carthage, New York, who passed away on March 28, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Huston and Carrie Huston (Meister); her son Scott Benson; and her granddaughter Mykayla Lynn Benson. She is survived by: her husband Levern A. Benson of Carthage; her daughter Stacey Lawton (Fred) of Lowville; her daughter-in-law Tara Benson of Carthage; her grandchildren, Courtney Benson of West Carthage, Trevor Lawton of Lowville and Travis Lawton of Shreveport, LA; her great grandchild Raya Hubbard of West Carthage; and her sister Helen Rearick (Keith) of Transfer, PA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
