She was predeceased by: her brother Michael Forney; and her parents, Kenna F. Forney and Marion Tooker Forney. She is survived by: her husband Gary; and her daughters, Cassidy (Gary Mattimore) and Crystal (Brandon Brewer). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; two great granddaughters; an aunt, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
