Johnson (Butts) of Carthage; his wife Donna Johnson of Fort Myers; his brother Ken; his sister-in-law Kelly Johnson of Carthage; and his brother Ryan Johnson (Diane O'Meara) of Carthage. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
