He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Ann Perfetto; his brother Leonard Perfetto; and his parents, Luigi Perfetto (Louis) and Antoinetta Perfetto. He is survived by: his children, Ronald Perfetto (Jerri) of Knoxville, Alayne Kyle (Kent) of Knoxville and Joel Perfetto of Denver, CO.; his grandchildren, Casey, Morgan Perfetto, Antonio Perfetto, Ryan, Erik Perfetto, Luke Perfetto, Matt, Kurtis and Jake Kyle; and his sister Anna Garrett of Carthage. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
