He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Buckingham and Kathryn "Tootie" Buckingham (Schwendy); and his brothers, Ronald, Anthony, Richard and Gilbert Buckingham.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Williams, Rose Ball, Anna Rigabar and Glen Buckingham of Beaver Falls. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
