She was predeceased by: her parents, John Robert "Bob" and Sarah Carbonelli (Parrish); her husband Paul Burgess; and her pets, Ruger, Wesson and Calvin.
She is survived by: her children, Teri Hinkle (Jerry Cioffi), Michael Denmark (Kerry) and Jodi Knapik (Kyle); her sister Bobbie Bailey (George); her grandchildren, Shannon, Ryan, Emily, Genevieve, Tyler, Gavin and Riley; and her great grandchild Amelia. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
