He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Mary Cleland (Milman); his wife Betsy Thomas; his children, Matthew, Bradley (Nicole) of Broadalbin, Schuyler Van Valkenburg, Virginia and Katie Abadie (Jeff) of Columbia, Maryland.; his siblings, Christopher (Carol) and Shawn (Peter Kieran); and his father Chester W. Cleland. He was also cherished by Seven grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
