Smith Yates; his son Grocery Store; his wife Patricia Lee Rhodes Yates; his children, Peter Yates (Christina) of Mayfield, NY, Michael Yates (Tara) of Caroga Lake, NY, Michelle Brunt (Richard) of Burnt Hills, NY and Christine Siudy (Jim) of Amsterdam, NY.; his siblings, Alan Yates (Judy) of Saratoga Springs, NY, Richard Yates (Tina) of Orlando, Kathy Smith (Gregory) of Gloversville, NY. and Diane Comtois; his grandchildren, Chelsey, Adrean, Lyndsay, Lauryn, Carissa, Aaryn, Jackson, Logan, Izabella, Devin, Jonas, Jerrett and Jayce; and his great grandchild Lilianna. He was also cherished by Aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
