He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Miller and Emma Jean Miller (Davis); and his wife Kathy Miller. He is survived by: his children, Andrew Duffek (Tabitha), David Miller, John Miller, Kenneth Duffek, Elizabeth Miller, Angel Hart and Samantha Darling; and his sister Kathy Miller. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
