She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Smith and Hattie Smith (Carpenter); her husband C. Phil Dalmata; her daughter Claudine Dalmata; and her siblings, Eugene Smith and Margaret Babcock.
She is survived by: her children, Les Dalmata (Linda) of Poland, John Dalmata (Debby) of Johnstown, Tim Dalmata (Tina) of Ames, Todd Dalmata (Nancy) of Johnstown and Roxene Snell (Al) of Johnstown. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; as well as many loving nieces and nephews.
