It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William D. Lowery of Carmel, New York, born in Port Chester, New York, who passed away on September 26, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Lowery and Shirley Lowery (Dulaney); and his nephew Timothy Lowery. He is survived by: his son Stephen; his daughter-in-law Christine Lowery of Staatsburg, NY; his daughter Amy; his son-in-law Kevin McGuckian of Wellington, FL; his grandchildren, Jake Lowery, Kevin and Victoria McGuckian; his siblings, Edmund T. (Boonsong Lowery III) and Elizabeth (Roy Delanoy); and his nieces and nephews, Jesse Lowery, Amanda Gamester and Erik Delanoy.

Donations may be made in William's memory to Hudson Valley Hospice Foundation.
