He was predeceased by: his father Robert Bogart. He is survived by: his mother Marlene Bogart (Herow); his wife Erica Bogart (Ziegler); his children, Christopher and Samantha; and his siblings, Scott, Lance, Lori, Donna and Tracey. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
