Theresa Patricia Spataro Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2023, at the age of 83, Theresa Patricia Spataro of Carmel, New York, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Felix "Sonny" Spataro of Carmel, NY; her parents, Arthur Stefanowicz and Frances Stefanowicz (Bennett); her daughter Julia Pfersick; her siblings, Deloris Dewees and Arthur Stefanowicz; and her brother-in-law Richard Terway.

She is survived by: her son Joseph Spataro (Carole Smith); her grandchildren, Felicia Duffy (James) and Andrew Spataro; her son-in-law Paul Pfersick; her granddaughter Nicole Caso (Tom); her great grandchild Christopher Caso; her daughter Dawn Zamborsky; her grandchildren, Aidan Zamborsky and Hailey Zamborsky; her siblings, Frances Vargas, Elmer Stefanowicz (Pat) and Patricia Terway; and also, Claudette and Stephen Zamborsky. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Memory of Thereas may be made to Yale New Haven Hospital.
