She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice "Mike" Filson and Margaret Filson; her former husband David Howland Potter; her daughter Lisa Rae Potter; her great grandchild Jude Canha; and her niece Jewelie Meyer.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Joan), Karen (David), David (Nadia) and Joshua (Dawn); her grandchildren, Graham (Molly), Jaime (Melissa), Nicole (Dan), Mikayla (Zak), Jordan (Josh), Adam (Kayla), Tyler (Kai), Morgan (Owen), Rowan, Reed, Ryder and Harper Rose; her great grandchildren, Ethan and Cal; her grandsons, Bennett (Benny), Jack and Max; her sister Jill (Edwin); her nieces, Jenel (Jim) and Jolene (Robert); her sisters-in-law, Susan and Kate; and her friend Beth Murphy.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill (1089 Main St, Fishkill, NY 12524). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory can be made to the American Cancer Society.
