He is survived by: his children, Mary Walsh (Ron), Mike Puchalski, Marty Puchalski (Jeriman), Kathy Doherty, Ann Marie Salvato (Vincent), Joan Rojas (Andres) and Dan Puchalski; his grandchildren, Christine, Patricia, Matthew, Tim, David, Colleen, Steven, Bryan, Jennifer, Shannon, Kelly, Sean, Arianna of Andrew, D. J., John and Alex; and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Emma, Lindon, Grayson, Aubrey, Sophia, Gabe, Eli, Americ, Elliotte, Athena, Kira and Ellie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
