With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph P. Hunt (Carmel, New York), who passed away on September 22, 2024 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joseph P. Hunt to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy Hunt and Lillian Hunt; and his siblings, Patricia Skelly, Rosemary Goepfert, Eileen Peterson and James Hunt.

He is survived by: his significant other Barbara A. Hunt; his children, Ann Marie Pool, Joseph J. Hunt, Timothy F. Hunt and Kathryn E. Bates; and his children-in-law, Matthew Pool, Joseph Bates and Melissa Hunt (Gualdino).

Visitation was held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Balsamo-Cordovano Funeral Home (15 Church St, Carmel Hamlet, NY 10512).
