In the sacred silence of farewell, Joan is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Andrew Kinash and Mae Kinash; her sons, Joseph DeMarzo (Jeanne) and Lance DeMarzo (Susanne); her grandchildren, Chad, Evan, Sarah and Rachel; and her siblings, Patricia Kinash Horn and Andrew Kinash.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cargain Funeral Home (418 US-6, Mahopac, NY 10541). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Church (221 E Lake Blvd, Mahopac, NY 10541).
