We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2021, at the age of 64, James W. Rood Jr. of Carmel, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James and Dorothy Rood Sr. (Arlotta); his wife Debra Bisignano; his siblings, Keith (Roberta), Frank (Patty), Caroline (Gary Woodruff) and Margaret Zeller; and his nieces and nephews, Nikki, Victoria, Dameon, Bobby, Zach, Patrick, Alex and Greg. He was also cherished by numerous loving family members and many lifelong friends.
