It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail P. Webb of Carmel, New York, born in Mount Kisco, New York, who passed away on September 15, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her mother Dana Freal; her sister Jacqueline Fisher (Brian); and her nieces and nephews, Hope, Kelly Lee (Gene), Liam Webb, Timothy Webb (Stephanie) and Colleen Tompkins (Jim).
