He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward T. Higgins and Margaret Higgins (Considine); his wife Diane Forster; his children, Christopher Higgins (Cindy) of Yonkers, NY, Beth Cornell (Andrew) of Carmel, NY and Matthew Higgins (Caryn) of Stormville, NY.; his grandchildren, Aiden, Audrey, Brian Higgins, Gillian, Libby Cornell, Colten and Keegan Higgins; his siblings, Eileen Pierce and Joseph T. Higgins (Jeanne); and his brother-in-law William Forster (Ann). He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, nephews and his loyal friends.
