He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore and Lillian. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his brother Paul (Barbara); his children, Diana Stapleton, James Capuano and Janine Joscelyn; his son-in-law Thomas; and his grandchildren, Joseph Stapleton, Luciano, Vincenzo, Santino Capuano, Lillian and Amelia Joscelyn.

In lieu of flowers a charitable donation can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Edward's name.
