He was predeceased by: his daughter Denise Marie Roe. He is survived by: his children, DJ, David C. Roe, Jr. (Jade) of Middleburgh and Nicole Roe (Clifford Hart) of Hannacroix; the mother of his children Marie Roe (Merwin); his siblings, Franklin H. Roe, Jr. of Carlisle, Anna Foland of Richmondville and Brian Roe (Veronica) of Middleburgh; and his grandchildren, Jase Calvin Roe, Emily Hart and Kyle John Miller.
