With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Payne (Cape Vincent, New York), who passed away on November 6, 2019 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon O'Brien and Edna O'Brien (Radley); and her spouse Aurthur Payne. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Payne (Barbara) of Lafargeville, NY, Andrew Payne (David Rappold) of Port Richie, FL and Phillip Payne (Roxanne) of Cape Vincent, NY.; her siblings, Brenda Blanchfield of Watervlet, NY, Stanley O'Brien Sr., Wayne O'Brien (Cathy) of Las Vegas, NV, Daniel O'Brien (Ellen) of Cape Vincent, NY and Wanda Merchant of Cape Vincent, NY.; and her grandchildren, Megan, Kyle (Amanda) and Caitlin Payne. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
