It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose S. Bezanilla (Cape Vincent, New York), born in Ocala, Florida, who passed away on July 30, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Abner Stewart; her son Michael Bezanilla; her daughter-in-law Ruth Bezanilla; her granddaughter Kathryn Bezanilla; and her siblings, Walter Stewart, Timothy Stewart, Barbara Wagoner and Mary Lou Oliger.
She is survived by: her parent Anita Stewart (Dionne); her spouse George E. Bezanilla; her daughters, Diane Ames (Harry) of West Carthage and Deborah Siler of Raleigh, NC; and her siblings, Anita McManus of Ashville, William Stewart of Bowie, MD and Thomas Stewart of West Carthage. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the Carthage Area Hospital Auxiliary or to the St. James Church.
