With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Shryock Brown of Cape Vincent, New York, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on January 9, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Brown and Elizabeth Brown (McDaniels); and his sister Nancy Stiles (Brown). He is survived by: his wife Virginia Brown (Clapper); his children, Tamara E. Peffer (John) and Franklin C. Brown (Katie); and his sister Kathleen Mathews (Brown). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
