He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard C. Russell and Marilyn J. Russell (Rivers). He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Sawyer; his children, Casey Hutchins (Tony), Troy, Tyler Russell and Cory Nuijens (Chris Spahn); his grandchildren, Jesse, Tristan, Madison, Wyatt and Weston; his siblings, Stephen Russell (Denyse), Marcia Phillips, Debbie and Anne Palmer (Jack); and his pet Sydney. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rick's memory to the Three Mile Bay Fire Department.
