With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis J. Gaffney of Cape Vincent, New York, born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 13, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Solar and Lola Alice Solar (Holt); her stepfather Reynolds Holt; and her brother Thomas Solar. She is survived by: her husband David R. Gaffney; her sons, Brian D. (Teresa), Shawn M. (Susan), Timothy J. and Kevin S. (Amy); her grandchildren, Corey, Samantha, Aiden and Rylan; and her sister Lorel Holt. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
