He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Wiley and Emily Wiley (Blum); and his siblings, Charles, Donald, John, Phillip, Mary Louise and Anna Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Hughson of Canandaigua; his children, Teresa Orvis (Mickey) of Cape Vincent, Mark Wiley (Melee) of Cape Vincent, Paula King (Jim), Donna Orvis (Tim) of Clayton, Alan Wiley Menifee (Donna) and Anita Madden Novelty (Justin); his brother Harold Wiley (Doris); his stepchildren, Faith A. Carpenter of Victor, Douglas G. Hughson Jr. of Canandaigua, Jan Hassett (Ken) of Rochester, Gail Holmes (John) of Canandaigua, Dawn M. Hughson of Victor and Thomas Hughson of Rushville; and his granddaughter Stephanie L. Young (Joe) of Clifton Springs. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and many favorite nieces and nephews.
