He is survived by: his wife Donna Chatterton; his children, Theodore Constance (Genevieve) of Watertown, NY, Matthew Constance of Hobe Sound, FL and Mary Ann Davis (Vernon) of Ovid, NY; his siblings, John Constance (Barbara) of Chaumont, NY and Theresa Desormeaux (Albert) of Gouverneur, NY; and his grandchildren, Anthony, Allison Constance and Alexander Davis.
