He is survived by: his wife Lynne Hoover of Cape Vincent; his children, Vincent Hoover (Samantha) of Arizona, Anna and Alana Hoover of Cape Vincent; his grandson Everett Hoover of Arizona; and his siblings, Thomas Hoover (Faith) of Theresa, NY, James Hoover (Sue) of Theresa, NY, Alan Hoover (Carole) of Plessis, NY, Jane Leahy of Clayton, NY and Joan Kilcer of Philadelphia, NY.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
