He was predeceased by: his parents, Alford Ray Voorhees (Pat) and Ellen Gertrude Mason Voorhees; his siblings, James and Mildred; and his son Charles Ray Voorhees Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Linda Wills Voorhees; his daughter-in-law Dawn Voorhees; and his sister Dorothy Pontillo. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
