She was predeceased by: her sisters, Elizabeth Morse and Sandra Hynes; her husband Richard Sanford; and her parents, Gerald Morse and Mary Mattison Morse.
She is survived by: her children, Kelly (James Mandigo) of Vermont and Perry Masters of Ogdensburg; her brother William (Candie Morse) of Gouverneur; and her grandchildren, Tyran Mandigo, Christopher Laddison, Kyle Perry, Patrick Rockhill, Braiden Rockhill, Noah Marckres and Gabrielle Marckres. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
