He was predeceased by: his parents, Lallo Frank and Beulah M. Frank (Cotter); and his brother Joseph Frank. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Frank of Canton; his children, T. J. Frank (Lori) of Canton and Tammy "Bird" Usher (Chuck) of Torrington, CT; his grandchildren, Brandon Bolesh, Zachary Frank, Nathan Bolesh, Bradley Frank and Celia Usher; his siblings, Mike, Janyce Frank of Canton, Cindy Sheridan, Jeff Ashley of Madrid, Randy and Lisa Frank of Canton; his sister-in-law Jane Frank; and his nephew Shawn Sheridan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
