He was predeceased by: his parents, John Smith and Annette Smith (Limoges); and his brother Brett Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Smith; and his siblings, Scott Smith (Diane), Kathy Fredenburgh (Andrew) and Kimberly Sullivan (Bernard). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
