She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Norman Ross and Edith Ross; her husband Don Auster; her daughters, Carol J. Auster (Stanley Mertzman) of Lancaster and Ellen R. Auster (Stephen Shaffer) of Toronto, Ontario.; her granddaughters, Lauren Auster-Gussman (Colin Bedell), Lisa Auster-Gussman (Kevin Stanton), Lindsey Auster-Weiss (Mike Zelma) and Shannon Auster-Weiss (Nick Hrynuik); her stepgrandchildren, Lisa Mertzman (Chris Weaver), Michael Mertzman (Melissa), Karen Mertzman (Ed Klemmer), Julie Quinn (Patrick) and Kristen Tingue (Derrick); and her sisters, Sally Levene and Joan Dornfest. She was also cherished by thirteen step-grandchildren.
